We select single origin beans from around the world, with a careful research on the quality of the product. We taste often to discover great coffees and we do this with a panel of expert tasters. This helps us to choose only the best coffees.
We only roast small batches of our coffee at a time, with a soft and respectful profile chosen for the specific origin or processing. Carefully analyzing the roasting curves with the objective of defining the best Roasting Profile for each coffee.
On the back of our package we always suggest what we believe is the most appropriate method of extraction, espresso or filter, which best accentuates the characteristics of that coffee.
To preserve the fragrance and flavours of our coffees we only send whole bean coffee and always freshly roasted (max. 10 days from the order date). The roasting day is written on the back of each bag of coffee.
